We had a drone shoot some backplates over the city. After custom 3D modeling the city bus and taking some creative liberties removing wheel arches, tires and such, we were ready for flight! It was just a matter of matte painting the sky and then lighting the CGI scene. After hi res renders we did the post work, tone mapping the renders and adding in light streaks of other buses crisscrossing the city.
