Time Inc - Longest Drive
Brief
Time Magazine contacted us about a piece that was to show one of the longest super commutes in America. They wanted to know how to visualise it. This is what we came up with.
Creative Solution
We used satellite data along with simplified 3D landmark models to create part of North America. The view from space was our idea to heighten the drama. The tricky part on this job was scene layout and modeling on a sphere, normally this work is done on xyz coordinates.
Time liked the result so much they called back the next month for another collaboration.
