Toulouse Metro - Doodles

Brief

ICOM agency came to us looking to do several full CG images incorporating a hand drawn doodle style for a campaign about recycling. The idea was to transform everyday household objects into characters by drawing faces and limbs. 

Creative Solution

After 3D modeling the scenes and creating our hero characters we added on rigged limbs. We were able to pose these in 3D space and rendered them as flat black marker lines. The faces were added on in post.
